Based mainly in Hackney and Islington, we work with people who are homeless, have mental ill health, learning difficulties and multiple needs.

As part of a major restructure of our housing services, we are refreshing our approach to helping people use their personal assets to build brighter futures, for themselves and others. We are moving beyond traditional support worker roles and if you value being part of a transformation to a recovery coach model these roles are for you.

We are looking for:

1 x Recovery Coordinator (High Support). Supporting people who’ve recently experienced mental health crisis to their first steps to independence through our 24 hour service.
