PBHA is a housing association with charitable aims that creates positive change in people’s lives. As well as homes and support, we empower people to learn, access work and discover their creative talents. Based mainly in Hackney and Islington, we work with people who are homeless, have mental ill health, learning difficulties and multiple needs.

Our work enables people to move on and lead independent lives. As part of a major restructure of our housing services, we are refreshing our approach to helping people use their personal assets to build brighter futures, for themselves and others.

WE are looking for:

An Enhanced Housing Management Worker to provide an enhanced service to vulnerable tenants, enabling them to sustain their tenancy and participate in their community.

All roles will be based at our new Kingsland hub in vibrant Hoxton, working through Hackney and Islington.

We particularly welcome applications with lived experience of mental health or substance use issues or of homelessness.
