Board Members

Andy Love (Chair): Andy was formally elected as Chair of the Board at our AGM in September 2016. Previously, the Labour MP for Edmonton from 1997 until he stood down in May 2015, Andy has a particular interest in housing. He has chaired the London Borough of Haringey’s Housing Committee and been a member of Parliament’s Cross-Party Group on Homelessness.


Tony Bacon: Tony has 25 years of experience in construction, development and maintenance industries, mostly in social housing. He is currently Asset Management Director  for Salvation Army Housing Association.


Jakki Moxham: Jakki recently retired as CEO  of charity and housing association Housing for Women. Her previous roles include Group Director of Corporate Services at Network Housing Group, CEO of Springboard Housing Association and chair of Holy Trinity Housing Association.


Kitty O’Leary: Kitty shares her lived experience as a former PBHA tenant and as a maker with PBHA’s Creative Industries programme.


Tony Pearson: Tony is Director of Human Resources and Learning and Development at substance misuse charity Phoenix Futures. He was previously Director of Human Resources at learning disabilities charity, Real Life Options. Before that, he had a 20-year career in the public sector (local authority and the NHS).


Damian Pocknell: Damian has worked in the social care field for over 14 years, most recently as Head of New Business & Fundraising at East Thames Group. In 2015, he set up his own practice, Innov8 Consultancy Solutions.


Paul Wells: Paul is an experienced IT Strategy Leader and Programme Manager with a track record in leading multi-million pound IT transformation programmes that deliver integrated, multi-channel technology improvements.
