We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work alongside the Coffee Shop team to provide excellent customer service and help create a warm welcoming environment to customers . The successful candidate will report directly to the Coffee Shop Manager and the key responsibilities of this role will be to :
- Work alongside Coffee Shop team to prepare and serve locally sourced food and great quality coffee
- Work alongside the Coffee Shop team to create an inclusive and welcoming environment and provide excellent customer service
Peter Bedford Housing Association is funded to provide Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) jobs by The Big Lottery and The European Social Fund. The programme is aimed at those people who have a disability or long term health condition which has made finding steady work challenging. An ILM position is a temporary job where you will receive intensive on the job support to transition into permanent work. You will be supported to manage your time, develop resilience and the confidence to perform the job tasks effectively.
