Enterprises

PBHA’s enterprises are central to our ‘whole-person’ approach to supporting tenants and participants.

They create opportunities for work placements, training, volunteering and skills development, as well as welcoming spaces where you can interact and learn with other people.

Our enterprises are all real-world traders, giving you a genuine incentive to succeed and to work effectively with customers, while building the skills and experience that will help you to achieve greater independence.

We can offer you experience in:

Catering: Providing food for our canteen, as well as external events

Creative Industries: Textiles, Art and Design and Joinery

Administration: Learning office skills through placements in our Reception

Retail: Outpost, our community hub and gift-shop sells products, many of which are designed and made by participants in our Creative Industries programme.
