From June, Peter Bedford Housing Association (PBHA) will provide customer service training to all tenants, participants and volunteers who undertake work placements at Outpost, our recently launched shop, gallery and community hub on Holloway Road.
Course tutor Kathryn Heather said, ‘We are delighted to offer courses accredited by Welcome to Excellence, a leading provider of customer service training in the UK.
‘These courses will help tenants, participants and volunteers to gain confidence and boost their self-esteem, and add value and impact to Peter Bedford’s existing retail training programme. What’s more, trainees will aslo be able to work towards a widely recognised City and Guilds qualification.’
