Rising Star Levelle London

2018-07-30T18:26:17+00:00

Last year one of our tenants Levelle London released his record Traits of an Empath, marking the beginning of the success he is now experiencing in the music industry. His story is an inspiration not just to other tenants and participants here at Peter Bedford, but to us all: the idea that with enough determination, hard work, and the relevant support people who have experienced societal disadvantage or personal struggles can overcome these barriers and achieve success. Levelle was first referred to our services 18 months ago by the charity Alone in London, and we provided him with accommodation in Hackney. [...]

2017-08-16T11:27:58+00:00

Clare Norton, CEO of PBHA and chair of the G320 group of smaller housing associations in London, recently wrote this article for Inside Housing. It was posted on the Inside Housing Website on 10/08/17. Patrick, a member of the committee that has played an instrumental role in making Pride such an important event here, said, "Joe Hart and ex CEO Jo [...]

Corbyn already owns one painting by Roy Appleton, a participant on PBHA’s Supporting Makers programme, which is hanging in his home in Islington. Roy, who paints abstract art, was delighted to hear about the prospect of his paintings hanging in Downing Street. “Seeing my work in there would sure get my mojo back. [...]
