PBHA is a housing association with charitable aims that creates positive change in people’s lives. As well as homes and support, we empower people to learn, access work and discover their creative talents. Based mainly in Hackney and Islington, we work with people who are homeless, have mental ill health, learning difficulties and multiple needs.
Our work enables people to move on and lead independent lives. As part of a major restructure of our housing services, we are refreshing our approach to helping people use their personal assets to build brighter futures, for themselves and others. We are moving beyond traditional support worker roles and if you value being part of a transformation to a recovery coach model these roles are for you.
We are looking for:
1 x Recovery Coach (low support). Building transformative relationships with people with mental health, substance use and complex needs to enable them to move on to independent living through through weekly contact in service users homes.
