We’re looking for a Recovery Worker to join our team to work with tenants recovering from mental health crisis. You will support people in sustaining their tenancies and better manage their mental health. You’ll deliver high quality and effective support services, which promote the independence, well-being and inclusion of service users.
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Work shifts, participate in an on-call rota, cover at other services within the mental health team (when required), carry out other duties (where appropriate), promote at all levels, the service vision, values, and strategic objectives, and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Based mainly in Hackney and Islington, we work with people who are homeless, have mental ill health, learning difficulties and multiple needs. Our work enables people to move on and lead independent lives. As part of a major restructure of our housing services, we are refreshing our approach to helping people use their personal assets to build brighter futures, for themselves and others.
