We are looking for a strong candidate to work within our Housing team, to deliver a high quality wraparound recovery focused service for tenants.
The successful candidate will lead on; working on individual caseloads, encouraging tenants to focus on developing their strengths, via a brief housing related support intervention. Also, providing direct personal and practical skills development interventions to and with tenants with complex needs including mental ill health and substance use needs. Active outreach to tenants’ homes and meet with tenants visiting PBHA’s community hubs, as well as supporting tenants and clients to access appropriate statutory and voluntary services as well as internal services available to tenants and clients within PBHA. They will also work in conjunction with the housing team to support tenants and to ensure positive move on and avoid placement breakdown.
Based at our modern hub on Kingsland Road, you will work across Hackney and Islington, two of London’s most vibrant and rapidly changing boroughs. working at a small but ambitious association, you will get the opportunity to develop your career as well as engage with many of the key issues affecting housing in London.
