We are looking for a dedicated individual to work within our Housing team, assisting with people recovering from mental health crisis. Supporting people to sustain their tenancies and better manage their mental health.
Key areas of this role includes; supporting service users in aspects such as domestic and financial management, move on and personal development initiatives, home health and safety systems and providing support in accessing useful local community services and facilitating in finding work and educational opportunities. The successful candidate will also engage in group work and one to one sessions with the services users and maintain clear, accurate individual records, which are accessible to Service Users within the agreed policy.
Based at our modern hub on Kingsland Road, you will work across Hackney and Islington, two of London’s most vibrant and rapidly changing boroughs. working at a small but ambitious association, you will get the opportunity to develop your career as well as engage with many of the key issues affecting housing in London.
