We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide excellent customer service and assist with day to day retail operations of our flagship Outpost shop. The successful candidate will report directly to the Outpost Coordinator and encourage shop sales. The key responsibilities of this role will be to :

  • Work alongside the Outpost team to provide excellent customer service, encourage shop sales, and assist with the day to day retail operations
  • Work alongside the Outpost team to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for the public, participants and volunteers

Peter Bedford Housing Association is funded to provide Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) jobs by The Big Lottery and The European Social Fund. The programme is aimed at those people who have a disability or long term health condition which has made finding steady work challenging. An ILM position is a temporary job where you will receive intensive on the job support to transition into permanent work. You will be supported to manage your time, develop resilience and the confidence to perform the job tasks effectively.
