We are looking for a strong candidate to lead the PBHA Enhanced Housing Management team, providing a quality housing management service to tenants with additional tenancy sustainment needs. The main aim of this post is to carry a small case load and support the team of Enhanced Housing Management Workers. This entails; adhering to PBHA policies and procedures when supervising staff, ensuring quality of service, identify individual tenancy sustainment needs through assessment and adhering to the lone working policy.

Based at our modern hub on Kingsland Road, you will work across Hackney and Islington, two of London’s most vibrant and rapidly changing boroughs. working at a small but ambitious association, you will get the opportunity to develop your career as well as engage with many of the key issues affecting housing in London.
