We are looking for a capable Enhanced Housing Management worker, to provide an enhanced service to vulnerable tenants to enable them to sustain their tenancy and participate in their community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as; working with a caseload of tenants within a locality, identifying individual tenancy sustainment needs through assessment and an identified Housing Plan detailing risks, tenancy sustainment needs and move on plans. The individual will also have contact with tenants as per plan and provide a weekly housing management drop in at PBHAs hubs, whilst ensuring that tenants apply for benefits where eligible and signpost tenants to information on how to maximise income. In addition, it is essential to liaise with other departments with the aim of providing an effective service and ensuring targets are met within given time scales.
